Looking for a roomate (near irvine)
Hey wassup everyone...i have decided to definintly go to uci and i am in the process of lookin for some roomates...at first i was goin to have 5 roomates...but after lookin around...i thought it would be better to just keep it to 2-3 roomates...as far as payments it will be around 350-450 a month...but this price may change for better or worse...cuz i have found a couple places that i may buy...but it all depends on the monthly payments

Dorms are hit and miss. at UCI, the racist name is the University of Chinese Immigrants... there's ****in 40% asians there. Nothing wrong with that, but most of the chicks aren't horribly hot.
My roomie Freshman year at UCSD folded his dirty clothes and was typical frat boy clean cut. Fscker drove me nuts, but I think he felt the same about me. Also, you can't drink in the dorms, and at UCI, they enforce the policy a lot better than at other schools.
The positives of the dorms outweight the negs, though. You meet friends and peope that will last a lifetime, and on campus, you don't have to deal with people needing to commute, and you end up staying up for long times talking and just hanging out.
Live in the dorms for a year, then buy a condo and lease it out.
