Yes all u need to do is remove the old ones and install the new ones as I think they are already gapped but u should use some anti-seize on the threads before installing them and make sure not to over tighten them as that may damage the head.

hmmmm i think u need to remove teh ignition coils first then get the long extension to reach to the bottom and loosen the spark plugs
i havent done it on the 7th gen but i done many other cars and it shouldnt be too bad
check out the DIY link next time

Yeah you remove the coils and just use an extention for the socket, use the rachet to loosen the plug and do the rest by hand so you don't damage the threads if you do it using a rachet it'll wobble too much
I bought the bosch 4+ and it came out to be about $40 for 4 of them. I'd go with good plugs since you don't have any other major tuneup expenses like distributer cap and wires

Crappy tire doesnt carry iridium plugs for our cars...
They only have the Bosch 4+ at 14 bucks each (i think)
-->I wonder if anyone can compare the bosch 4+ platinums to the NGK iridiums????

I've heard all over that bosch sucks in our cars. Even the dealers tell me to stay with NGK. Get the NGK Iridium IX and you won't be disappointed. Does sparkplugs.com ship to Canada?
Oh crappy has ngk bad call on that one, wonder why they don't. I find bosch to work just fine maybe I should give NGK a try and see how the car runs. Yeah they were about $14.99

Yea is there anywhere besides sparkplugs.com to buy the NGK. I dont feel like paying $7.50 for shipping of sparkplugs. 10 more dollars and I can get denso, probably what I will do.
