Is TCI a good company?

i am looking at torque converters and stuff. I heard of level 10. However, TCI also makes other things for my automatic transmission. Like a Racing Overhaul Kit (Not sure what the hell that does but it sounds nice). So does anyone know if TCI is good or should i stick with level 10.

Here is my 0.02$ - I have another car besides my civic and it has a TH-2004R TCI street fighter tranny with a street fighter convertor. When I first put the tranny behind my really weak 305 (140hp, 250lbft) it would catch second gear really hard. Not too bad for a heavy car with a weak motor!!! I have it behind around 350hp now and its been doing just as well for several months. However, I have a friend who has had an awful time with TCI. His convertor was not locking up so he sent it back to them. They told him nothing was wrong and returned it to him. He tried again, same problem. They finally fixed it the second time but were all put out about paying for his shipping charges.
