I am thinking of doing an IS300 taillight conversion..how difficult would this be?

It's been done before on our cars, the shape of the tailights are similar so it's not as hard as other tail light conversions might be. As always though, anything is possible w/ money.

some guy on here with a custom blue paint and widebody has the is300 tails. havent seen him post on here in a LONG time though.

I'm not crazy about it. It looks like a civic with altezzas. It's clean I guess, but I wouldn't do it.

those tails look WAY toooo bigg... i say get chrome altezzas.. the one that have the circle in the middle.. and get those 2 extra lights.. would look alot cleaner

I say, find urself a pair of 04 tails, and keep it clean. If u wanna do a conversion, I saw someone doing a is300 headlights conversion on their 7thgen around my way. Lookin siiiccckkkkk

that looks tight. but that fron is gettin played out, i wouldnt mind seeing a sylvia front convertion on an 7thgen. maybe someone could photo shop it hehe i think it would be cool

I think the best tail conversion would be stock tails (or altezzas) flipped upside down. it'd give the car such a sleek look in the back with the kinda upside down triangle look.

^ red "x". Anyway, i think a s500 tail light conversion looks nice. I saw a vic with it the same day I saw that guy who had the is300 headlights. I just forgot to take a pic of it .
