dont try it, this isnt a simple bolt on. It would take even an experienced tech atleast 4+ hours.

well...

it's pretty straightforward if you BUY a helm's manual and get the right tools. No need for a DIY article. The ol' flywheel holder too makes things really easy for working with the clutch and flywheel (posted this in another thread):

Just go home from trying to do that today on a 92 eclipse. Got all the way to the fly and couldnt get the 5 bolts off, even with impact wrench. Totally frustrating. Dont try unless you know what your doing. Plenty of **** to take off first.

Peace

the flywheel is what the clutch hits so that the transmission can turn your wheels... it also has teeth so the starter can crank the motor...

its not hard its just burried in there, to do it properly you need a lift and impact wrench then its a 4-6 hour job no problem with 1-2 people
just need baisic mechanics knowledge, baisicaly if you know HOW it works its easy to take apart and put back together, if not, get help that does

If you have a clue about working on cars, it's not that bad....

For people that are being so damn negative, he didn't ask for your opinion on IF to do it, he asked if anyone had any tips.... Jeez....
