Question The 3rd of three

So I want to upgrade the power wire to the alternator, and my question is where is a good place to screw it in on the alternator? I would assume around that little brass piece where the factory wire comes from ...but I don't see a screw. Also, my plan is to leave the factory power wire, so what gauge wire should I use to add a wire directly to the battery?

Do I need to include any fuses between the alternator and the battery???

thx,
fonto

always a good idea to fuse the line, id use 4 gauge. if you buy some 2 or 0/1, you should have plenty of 4 gauge lying around

id definitely screw it into the same place the factory wire is. itll be a tight fit, but itll work. the plastic unclips easily enough, revealing the bolt that holds the factory wire.
