silver metal...without tires, but honestly, they are brand new, have all the silver lugs and everything you need and the locking set still sitting in the boxes, im getting rid of the car, so there are no need for these...still taking offers on the car too, thanks!

i just went in the basement and checked to be sure, they are metal alloy, the picture looks chrome but in real life they just look like dull silver...hope this helps...they are just sitting there new, someone will take them, im sure they'll look good.
