are these any good? i don't know much of anything about turbo kits when comparing them to other kits. seems like a good price for everything you get and it is cheaper than SF's kit with some of the same stuff, i.e. jet hot coating, alcohol injection...

in the HCI where they did a review on it the HP kit made good power at its stock boost level, 6psi i think, about 175whp and 155lb ft but my reasons that i wouldnt go with it
1. the header design looks weak, maybe aluminum? wouldnt really trust it
2. it runs of alcohol injection alone,no FMU, there for your engine is not getting the extra amount of fuel it should be getting since its turboed
3. relocated battery
4. you can't change the psi!!!!

Not saying I would buy the kit, just cleaning up some facts...
i knew it wasnt made out of aluminum, just saying it wouldnt surprise me, lol. But thanks for cleaing up the alcohol injection, i knew it wasnt the best thing for a turbo though. And i read on a review of the HP kit that the boost cant be raised, maybe just lowered

Uhh yeah the SF turbo is a better kit. But good luck getting it in less than 5 months. I would gladly but an SF turbo if i felt confident i would actually get a complete kit from them in a reasonable time. I don't understand why ppl continue to buy from them when it's clear they can't get their **** together. There's no way in hell i'd buy a turbo from a company that keeps customers waiting so long.
