where can i get the major checkup done?

my friend's friend can do it for like 160 but i havent heard from him. also i can take it to this local place they charge under $200. honda charges too much. and im at like 29, 300. does it matter if i pass 30,000? also who has the list of things needed in the major check up

i didn't go to my 30k check up. u don't really need to. all u need is change ur oil, flush all ur Fluid like tranny, coolent ect...... check breaks and other stuff i don't remeber
the car manual tells you everything... what they are supposed to do and at what mileage honda perfers that you do it at.. you dont have to follow it exaclty but it supposidly lets your car last longer..

damn i just took it to the body shop and he said $200.
i told him ill rotate tires and change the oil myself he said ill only save $20.
so if i go another body shop, what do i say?

i didn't do my 30k check up and i didn't flush anything i just change my oil and i have a turbo. By 50k u have to flush ur fluids but rite now ur cool. just look if u have leaks or if any fluids are low and if it is just fill it back up.
