Will my rear camber help clear the fender?

If I drop my car 1.4" in the rear and I am running on 215/45/17 tires strapped to 7.5" wheels will the rear camber be in enough for me not to hit my outer fender lip?

Yes it should. that is why you get a camber kit to help set it right.

With the camber kit I could set it to a good negative number than huh?

that is what an alignment is for. You should be able to get it close to 0.

if they rub then have them pull the camber slightly in.
