people always over torque, over inflated. etc. etc.
although, did u measure it when its cold? heh. ie: not driven for at least 3 hours.. cuz the measurement would be off then.

after the dealer rotated my tires, i changed them about a week later and some lugs were over tightened while some were way undertightened...
how did this happen? aren't dealers supposed to use torque wrenches?

Heh, I'd deflate 'em down to 30 or 32. I've not checked mine, but they appear to have the proper amount of sidewall bulge for a radial... maybe I'll do that tonight.
To a certain point, tire inflation is a matter of driving style. The tires will perform the best when they are properly inflated.
Here's a quick, easy and illegal test of proper tire inflation:
1.) Measure the tread-width of your tire's contact patch.
2.) Burn out like a maniac.
3.) Measure the width of the rubber left behind.
If the burnout is wider than the contact patch, you're under-inflated.
If it's narrower, you're over-inflated.

I hope u used a torque wrench to tighten them.
Technically speaking, the dealership *should* have their impact wrenches set to a specific torque value... Unfortunate that so many do not... Thats why I've got my own
(torque wrench, not dealership)
(torque wrench, not dealership) torque stix. They are a socket extension and are different thicknesses for different torque settings. No matter how much they air hammer with one on it wont torque more than the stix rating. wierd.

Honda does that with all vehicles they make. They do that to prevent flat spotting - because the car might sit for several weeks or months. The dealer is supposed to deflate the tires to the proper PSI prior to delivery. They obviously didn't do that with yours.
