How do you remove the louvers in the corners on the front facia on 04 EX?

How do you remove the louvers in the corners on the front facia on 04 EX?

I want to put some fog lights in there and I dont know if they pop out. THE UNDERCARRIDGE is completely covered up and will I have to remove the cover underneath?

OniChi is an unknown quantity at this point

I believe you still have to remove the bumper and cut the openning out like the 01-03 to install the Factory fog lights.
