Strut bars... I'd avoid DC, its weak and bendable, not exactly the chariteristics you want in a strut tower bar. NeuSpeed is much stiffer.

sway bars...... depends on how you want the car to handle. So It really depends on your driving capablilty and the other things you've done to the suspension.

Me, I Have an 01 EX, came with a 25.4mm front bar and a 13mm rear bar, I've changed them to the Stock 03 Front bar at 16mm and the RSX 19 mm rear bar.

Ebay front and rear upper strut bars, the stiff solid ones not the hollow crap and a DC Sports lower tie bar for my soon to be RSX 19mm swaybar.

HondaLuver will become famous soon enough
i have

DC Sports Front Strut bar
Cusco rear upper Strut bar
Progress front sway bar
Progress rear sway/tie bar
Neuspeed "X" brace

i know the DC sports one isn't good, im going to change that up. Dont' forget to get better endlinks when you change ur sway bars, the thicker ones can break, which are a pain in the *** to replace(Grey's endlinks). if i where to do it all over again, i would have gotten

Mugen Front Strut bar
Mugen Rear Strut bar
Progress front sway bar
Progress rear sway/tie bar
Neuspeed "X" brace

im currently looking for a good deal on the Mugen Rear Upper tie bar that goes behind the seats

I agree with 1siksivik 100%. DC looks dope but Nuespeeds performance is superior to the other brands.
