If you can, soldier the wires, it gives a better more reliable connection that will never vibrate loose, or accidentally get pulled apart. Where did you mount the sucker, does it come with a mounting bracker/stand?

theres a vafc2 settings thread somewhere.. im too lazy to search right now.. but i did gain 12hp from tuning, it should get you in the ballpark, but isnt dead on... so dont expect it to replace ACTUAL dyno tuning

ok, so people are stating they're getting an increase of 10hp, what I'm wondering is, can you feel a noticible difference when you get the V-AFC II installed and tuned? Not on a stock car, but with some mods already installed.

Why does everyone seem to hide their fancy new computers in the glove box? Why not mount me on the dash where you can see it & appreciate the goods?
I have on order Apexi VAFC 2, AVC-R, Rev/Speed Meter & Turbo Timer. I want to show them off, so I was thinking of putting them all on the dash facing me. Is that a bit to showy, or will it make people want to bust a window & steal my stuff?

Two reasons for me hiding it.
1. Colors don't match my blue interior lights, so I wanted a way to hide the vafcii lights.
2. Thieves will break in and take it in a visible spot. Why look at it as long as it's doing what it's supposed to? If I need to look at it, I just open the glove box.
