OK since nobody responded to my last post about the things i needed to sell... i figured that people want to buy things for nothing. So because i really need to get rid of this stuff, i'm dropping the prices big time.

I still have the AEM Short Ram intake for sale. And I also have the Magnaflow Catback for sale as well.

The exhaust was on for about two days, so its still brand new...

The intake has a small dent, about 1 1/2 inch long, where strut bar rubbed on it, but other than that... its in perfect shiny condition, had it on for only about a month.

Paid $175 for the intake, and $326 for the cat-back.... I'll take $100 for the intake and $275 for the exhaust.... and i'll pay the shipping on both!!!

So i buy the exhaust from this guy TypeRCivicBoi19- paypal him the agreed sum, and then he refunds the money a day later saying he sold the catback to someone already. now you're selling the exhaust again man? what the hell is this crap all about? you wasted my time, not to mention that i missed a used greddy. i didn't want to hurt you by posting negative feedback, but i want to say that what you did was not cool at all. good luck selling your stuff.

I got an offer from someone else... they send me their payment through paypal, but then they reversed it and decided not to do it, after i refunded the money to greeot... and i'm sorry but anyone else on here would do the same as i did... especially when the offer was made for more. You can't accuse me of doing anything wrong... all i'm doing was trying to get the most i can for my exhaust.

And alot of people on here put on their post that everything is still for sale until they get money... just so happend that someone sent their money (but it didn't go through) before you did... but thats my fault???

i bought a downpipe from TypeRCivicBoi19 and i had no problems.
he sent it out immediatly and provided me with a tracking number.

he is a good seller and i believe him when he says that the guy that had sent the money first changed his mind.

Actually no, not all people would drop an agreement just because someone offered them more money. When I bought my oem spoiler from SQcivic he had 5 offers under me for even more, yet he still sold it to me because we had an agreement and he didn't want to turn it into a bidding game.

P.S. I got my magnaflow catback for $300 shipped brand new, and the group buy after it went for $270 shipped.

dude, i'm not accussing you of anything-- i am just saying that the way you hadled things was complete bullshit. i sent the money and you accepted the payment. good business ethics says if you already accepted the money then whatever offer you get later, be it even 2 minutes after the sale, is irrelevant. by accepting the funds you essentially seal things in a contract with me. so, don't complain about me accusing you of stuff because technically i could've left negative seller feedback for you. upon acceptance of my money, you're basically transferring the ownership of the product to me. you cannot, all of a sudden and without my agreement, reverse the sale and take what is technically now MY catback away from me, and give me back the cash. it's like this: you buy your honda at the dealer for a good price. next day dealer comes to your house, takes YOUR honda away and gives you back what you paid because he's got a higher offer from a buyer. things don't work that way.

i've been in situations like this before and i always stuck with the original buyer. its bullshit to switch and refund later just because someone offered you more. you accepted my offer and money, and at the time that was the best you could get. what you should've done is stuck with the deal regardless of what someone offered you later. either way, as you can see, you're now reaping the reprecussions for your actions- another person screwed you just like you screwed me. this should be a lesson for you. good luck selling your stuff. i know that i will not ever consider or recommend you as a seller to anyone on this site.

Dude... i apologised for it. But your making this out to be way bigger than it really is. And I never accept your payment... I refunded it the first time i clicked on the details of the trans.

And about all the contract bullshit... this is not ebay... anyone can sent emails and offers to agree to buy something... but until money is recieved.. thoughs emails don't mean ****. There is nothing on here that says that what i did was a binding contract to you... And the exhaust was never yours. I'm sorry dude... give it up. I know what you are trying to do... your pist because you lost out on a good deal... and know your trying to turn this **** around on me and make people not to buy **** from me... I'll be glad to go make an auction on ebay for anyone here worried about getting screwed out of whatever. That will give you more assurance that i'm not doing nothing wrong.

YES. it's going to show up on my credit card as a transaction, but that doesn't mean **** either, huh.....lol. you win. i'm not pissed at all, i'm just stating my perception of how things occurred and that in my opinion you are a very unreliable seller. but enough of this bullshit, good luck with selling your catback.

Personally i think that was SH!TTY of Type R. That isnt how you conduct yourself as a salesman, businessman, or just a plain ol' human.

You BOTH came to an agreement and i'm sure that it was IN WRITING, since i bet you did it over this forum or email.

Then, he actually sends you the money for the item, which you BOTH agreed upon the price, and you (the seller) terminates the deal. And you just admitted that it was because of another higher offer AFTER you already had an agreement with somone else.

Not sure how the law is in your country, but Type-R....If greeot really wanted to be a d!ck. He could take you to court and win 99 out of 100 times. It's all in writing you dumb@ss lol. The only way that your termination of the agreement would remotely stand a chance would be if it somehow got damaged or destroyed, but that didnt happen now did it.

Personally i'd take him to court just to be a d!ck back to him, greeot. DO IT!

People like type r make me sick...if you couldnt tell.
