My body shop guy had to cut mine cause my exhaust melted a bit of it....once I get my custom exhaust done I'll have the pipe extended so it sticks out a little more, justifying the cut even more...

You can get it to fit a coupe - a few coupe guys on here have it. Mine is held on only by the screws (I used plastic clips) in the corners, and a little double sided tape. It's on really tight, so there's quite a bit of tension holding it on too.

Is it just me or is everyone with a type b rear lip experiencing an issue where its paint doesn't quite look the same shade as the rest of the car? this one above is pretty close, not like my embarrassment further up, but still it's not quite spot-on.
On another note, I love the look of a car with a kit but no spoiler....sexy!

I bought my complete type B lip from streetstyler and got them like 1 week after ordering. I am getting them painted NPB tomorrow (8:00 AM sharp)
I remember couple months ago when some people on here used to hate on those rear lip...but did not keep me from buying mine anyway
Will post pics next week

i just got my type b front and rear in the mail today!!
Im searching around for paint, but what are all u guys paying to get it done. I got quoted 100 per lip, and the guys said he wouldn't charge taxes. Is that a good price or can I do better. Thanks

yea, i've looked at the type B lip kit before (love that rear, front is decent as well), but the main issue is the painting. if you include the cost of painting, the kit becomes almost as expensive as the OEM kit, plus you hafta risk color matching problems (heard a lot about those on the Type B rear specifically, dont understand why)
^^yah thats true, but ive also heard that the paint job fades over time and that the factory painted lips would be off also.
I mean lets say you pay 800 for the factory kit of hondawerx or wtvr.
The full type b lip kit on streetstyler is around 350 or something with free shipping, you still have like 450 bucks for painting. It is around the same cost, but u get something more custom!
I was also thinking of getting the factory kit, but i wanted something a bit different!!! either way i think both kits look really clean.
