Living in WA state shouldn't make a difference When I shipped 16 inch wheels AND tires, it was only $20 per box. It would be less for just wheels...that's why I set the price at $300 + shipping, so anyone in the USA could have them for around $350

Yes they are 15 inch wheels, and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't fit on 2003s, hell any Civic except the new Si . But I'm not a part expert so I don't make any guarantees.

The tires will be going on another set of OE wheels that will be arriving by Thursday or Friday (left Central Florida this morning ) so I can meet up with an interested buyer this weekend, weather permitting.
