i got a pioneer dvd/cd/mp3 player. it says it also plays Video CDs (vcd), what exactly is that?

you can get mpeg's and burn them as a video cd and look at them... such as music videos

Thanks, so i take it i need to use something like Nero to do that? I tried using the windows xp buring program that just runs from windows explorer. but that didnt work.

I've got the Pioneer DVH-P5000MP. I LOVE IT! I just put my screen in too! And i got one of those littel joystick things that has a bunch of old atari games.... so much fun.

isn't the newer cd's that have some video on them like the interactive stuff for when you stick them in a computer included in vcd's?
