Is this possible?

what springs/what drop would be the best ?

I think the only drop you can get away with would be the Eibach Prokit. Only a 1" drop. But anytime you lower it stresses the shocks, so there are people who blow their shocks only being lowered 1" while others can ride around 2.5" and be fine. It is all about probability and it is unprobable that your shocks will blow with a 1" drop.

Anything and everything is going to "ruin" your shocks. Even stock springs. As rob said and as it says in the suspension faq, the chances of you blowing your shock really varies. You should normally be fine with anything 1.75" and below. Sleeved coilovers tend to blow shocks a LOT faster. But ya I've always said if your going to run stock shocks, stick to lowering springs.
