need some help on side skirts

where can i find some of the double sided tape i need for the installation of my side skirts im in the process of getting....what type...is there water/weather proof......any help is ....well its help

You will need to purchase the adhesive promoter that is also listed on this page. I would probably get 4 packs of these, two for each side.

thanks but i have the octane and i dont think i should do it.....has some body work needed cause it goes up so high on back...thanks though

i would try to contact xenon and ask them to ship u the tape that u get with their side skirts and rear lip from the xenon kit. when i was taking my body kit off for the winter, it was so freakin hard to take off the side skirts cuz the tape had them good. it kinda reminded me of that black goo that comes on the stock headlights.... like when u try to pry it apart it just stretches. it didnt say what kinda tape it was though... when i reinstall the kit in the spring, i'm gonna try to contact xenon and ask them to ship me out a few rolls.

thats a good idea......but screws need to be put on the side skirts onto the body........im deff not doing that

I got my double sided tape from Target, heh. It was 3m 5lb weather resistant double sided tape. It is extremely strong and sticky and water proof! I suggest getting this, its great. It comes in a small red package, and the tape is red. Hope that helps you out.
