Also wanted to know if coilovers are easier to install than springs? I guess what I am asking here is if I could install them?

You can install anything yourself if you know how to use a hammer and a wrench. It's easy as hell. It's scary the first time you do it but it's no sweat. Coilovers on ebay (sleeved coilovers) aren't the best in the world. They are usually much bouncier than drop springs on stock struts. If you had a spare set of Konis laying around I would say go for the ground controls. Other than that I would say get the S Tech, all I've heard is good things about them. They ride almost like stock but do their jobs in the corners.

I have Neuspeed Sports and I love them. I wouldn't install springs myself but I'd do coilovers. I'm actually switchin to KW's this spring. I did the install on a friends car and it was pretty easy.

Tein s tech springs, Pretty nice. Spring compressors are not NEEDED. Just to be safe, use it for front. You wont need spring compressors on rear.
