Question nothing turns on but the lights (inside and out)

I took the star guard system out of my car, but I didnt disconnect the power lead from the white eginition wire and the ground, and so anyway when I was pulling the LED out, the negitive from it touched something, and sparked and so nothing turns on only the lights inside and out, so how would I fix this or whats wrong with it?

Probably just a fuse. I've done it before and it turned out I popped a fuse.

Yup, it's a fuse - check the ones under the steering wheel to see if they're all good, and if they are then look under the hood and check the fuses there. I guarantee you'll find one that's blown

Actually I think it's under the hood that you'll find the one that blew, it has a non-descriptive name like interior lights or something. Anyways good luck man
