Northern VA state inspection places?

Northern VA state inspection places?
ok, does anybody know a guy or a friend of a friend that can help me pass VA state inspection? only problem is my tint doesn't meet the legal limit. I think it was Vinh's friend phil that said he knew a place that would pass practically anybody.. anyone know of a place like that? I'm due this month

Rep Power: 316 damn mex, I've never heard of any place not passing a car because of tint. I've inspected my car 3 times, and they never mentioned anything about tint. I think I went to the Sunoco across from wal mart in manassas (sniper shooting one), and this asian guy with a civic did mine. All he did was like check if my headlights worked and he passed me. good deal

then THAT's the one i need to go to. about what intersection is it at? not too familiar with upper manassas. also, do they do emissions inspections?

Rep Power: 318 i wasn't worried about emissions, just my drop and tint-- i also got state inspection done. i found out though that they don't check tint anymore for auto inspection in VA
