my door panel fabric is coming off of the door panels
(its been like that since there was 17K miles on the car)

i could have it covered under warranty, but i was wondering if you guys think that i should replace it with something different...im not sure though because it wouldnt match the seats then



so the choices are: DIY FIX, WARRANTY FIX or A CHANGE-OUT

Ive had the exact same problem with the fabric on my passenger side front door. I tried to get some spray adhesive but that failed. Im actually thinking about taking the fabric off and using some kind of solvent to remove the sticky left overs...I dont think it would look too bad and I could always paint it.

I went to Honda for that and he tried to recommend and interior guy for me and gave me some business card. I said screw it and tried to fix it myself.

Let me know what you decide.

J.T.-warranty it out unless you have the plan, funds, and time to do it all up for the interior fabric.

I just saw someone that used white vinyl on their doors and it looked awesome...there is another option...

true...if it would stick good that might be something to consider
(fabric is probably cheaper though and would also look nicer)

I think that would look ok but you have to use a darker red color...I think a bright color would be annoying
