Tein coilover ride height settings?

Hey guys i was wondering whats your ride height settings on the tein coilovers. Like whats the measurement from the bottom of the coil or (sleeve?) to the locking perch?
Today i lowered the front so that it only has about 1/4 inch of visible sleeve left and the back about 1 inch visible and now the ride is hella bouncy, stiff, and feels like the rides a little loose. When i had it at its recommended measurment the ride was a better. But im just curious to know whats your guys measurements.

I'm on Tein basics I Have the front at 1" and the back 1.5"
Recommended settings are 1.4 F and 1.6 R. I have the back higher b/c when I put people in the back it sinks.

I saw the pic of the TEIN assembled in your gallery ,did you take off the whole assembly for the old bearing?? I see you left it attached to the upper mount. When I installed mine I took everything off and just used the upper mount with the 01 bearing and gold spring seat(in that order).
