Hypothetically speaking...
Would it be possible to get your chasis too stiff? Or perhaps too stiff for a given suspension to handle? What would happen in this scenario?

i think so. Then things start breaking! If you can brace the chassis through stronger bars then you should be good. I think it is a senario that is rare, but can be done.

Like I mean what if someone had the strongest strut bars, the akimoto bar, the tanabe sustec bar, and like any other chasis stiffeners that exist, but didn't have upgraded sway bars or shocks or springs.
How bad would ride quality be, and how dangerous would such a setup be?
Also, are there any circumstances in which chasis flex is beneficial?

The only time that you want chassis flex is when you want a soft squishy ride.
as far as making a chassis to stiff, that shouldn't be a problem. the stiffer the better.
