okay is this what i paint ? can i sand it down and primer it?

Yeah man, that's what you are gonna paint. Use Goo Gone to clean up all the areas on the piece. You don't need to sand it and primer it, just use a hight temp paint. Good Luck

the white reflector should stay idealy. so when cars pass by and your lights are off, something will reflect from the housing. some keep it, some ditch it.

is that matched with the honda paint? speedracer her chick got hers professionally done, in that dark blue color i think to match her car aswell. it looks really sick.
