Depends. Eibach has a lower drop I believe. Actually both are good. If you want JDM then go fer Tein. If you want EDM then get Eibach. Just remember, all sports cars have rough rydes.
If I could do it all over again, I'd get a full coilover set-up. I will never again buy a suspension set-up that degrades the ride just for looks and slightly improved handling. The ride on stock struts is REALLY GAY.

You could get Koni Yellows I guess. But if you slam your ride, the ride will still be a bit bouncy given the length of the strut being too long.
You really don't know how bad your car rides until you're the passenger in the backseat.
That's a huge generalization. The Konigsegg comes with a fully adjustable suspension suitable for comfort or track racing.
