Passenger window...wtF?

Passenger window...wtF? Okay, my vic has been fine for the past however long I've had it (since '00) and now the passenger side window is REAL SLOW!!! What I mean is that when it's down and I try to put it back up, it goes about 5x slower than the drivers side window. It also makes a really horrible screeching sound, but nothing is scratched as far as I can see/tell.
Anyone else have this problem? It's really annoying because in the morning there are lots of trucks and I drive with my windows down, but when the trucks start throwing crap off their big buckets, I get stuff in my car.
