Fuse blown?

How do you know if you blew a fuse?

I just installed power windows and when
i ran both at the same time....it went to the
top and stopped. Now i can't get them to work
anymore. I think its' the fuse.

Voiceofid is an unknown quantity at this point
if you pull out a fuse, the metal in the middle of the connector is broken, looks kinda like a bridge with a broken middle
