how in the hell do i get to my headlight switch?
I am trying to run a heavier gage wire to my headlights because the factory isnt big enough for my projector and i cant get to the switch in the stearing collum. can anyone help?
I wouldn't push more current through the stock switch,
I would use the stock wires to activate a heavy duty relay in the engine compartment. Be sure to fuse the power wires comming off the battery.
Just my 2 cents

actually they are HIGH POWER LIGHTS duh! The honda dealer told me to do it that way, and they are supposibly the honda masters.
A projection light may have a smaller wattage bulb but they do draw more power.

ive never herd of that before.. and honestly ... i dont trust people at the honda dealership.... they're mostly middle aged men that just do repetitive work on honda's... just cause they can remove a tranny or change a hub doesnt make them smart imo... i can do everything they can... the only thing that makes them better then I.. is their thousand dollar computers that read engine codes and what not.. and HIGH POWERED LIGHTS HUH? i doubt theyre really that High powered and if they are they're still NOTHING compared to my HID's which USE LESS POWER... so IMO your just screwing up ur factory wiring.
edit: and i would def like to know what projectors ur using .. cause not one person on the site had to rerun their wiring for projectors.
