I went from synthethic blend to regular (asked on the forum if this was ok...way back then).
Engine does feel a bit more harsh, but nothing severe.

switching from synthetic to regular does nothing bad to your engine, its all a myth. you just loose the benifits (smooth running) of synthetic.
