Need your opinion guys!
This is the sub I'm getting , for sure, just one being pushed by a JBL 1200.1 amp. But my question is, if this was your sound system would you go with the 12" or 15 " and can anyone explain to me the differences cuz I dunno how to read that audio writing on that page. Thanx!

According the DizWickedCivic, the 12" will suck all the power from the 1200.1 right? So it would be kind of pointless to buy a 15" if it's not going to be used at its full potential... but i voted for the 15" cuz bigger is better! (and it only costs a few bucks more)

it doesnt say if the sub are dvc 2 ohm or dvc 4 ohm, and the jbl 1200.1 run 1200rms at 2 ohm, whcih one are they? from looking at the specs there pretty much the same, if your going ported, make sure it will fit 2 15 in your trunk, since your planing to get another one later right? so if u wnat spend more on the 15 then go for, but i would get 12,

well, I think when I order it I'm suposed to specify what ohm I want it at, cuz it special made. that's why they also offer a carbon fiber dust cover for $80 more, lol but I want it 2 ohms, the thing is later on if I get another sub, I'm gonna have to get it 2 ohms also, and wouldn't that drop the ohms to 1?

dd nice choice... 12 vs 15.. with 12 you get better response so you have slightly better SQ. since a 15" has more cone area you have more SPL. basically it comes down to that. i personally would get a dual 4 ohm sub 15" sub. why because it will probably be loud enough where i wont need to get 2. and with a dual 4 ohm you can run it in 2 ohms which is ideal. even if you get a 2nd sub you can still run it in 1 ohm(yes the amp is 1 ohm stable too). but ya odds are you'll be happy with just one
