is your car RICE or NICE??
well lemme see here, ever since i slammed it with GC sleeve (coilover kit ), painted my drums ( red ) running my 18's, the nice mugen ( replica ) lip, ive been getting nothing but compliments, which actually pretty nice to hear.... makes my day ( which makes me want more )
i go to the gym, a compliment!
i go to grab food, a compliment,
i pull up to a stop light, a compliement
you know stuff like this can really bring a smile to a young man's face
i dont sport no stickers, no tint..... no altezza's only clear fronts....
i might jump into projectors, but i doubt it...
i yet have to jump into my sides and get them imstalled and buy a rear lip next year! but i dont know who makes them yet
i might also jump into a carbon fibre hood..
and thats about it for my vic, and a customs exhaust soon! and CAI!
and thats about it for my knight rider...

For me it depends on your perspective and definition of rice. I have no performance mods. I have a kaminari kit, enkei rims, stock lights, on so on...I do desire performance mods, i just cant have them now.
I do not consider my car to be rice but people into performace rather than looks might think it is.
Oh and chigga, ive seen your car at the meet and i didnt think it was rice either.

its getting crazy, nothing but aluminum wings.....
( sorry to people who have them, but ill tell u now, ill laugh ) its so ugly!
i obviously have different taste.
stock tails look sick... no comparision.... since the Ls300 came with the altezza's everyone now has them, its disgusting!

if you really want to stick to the crowd... and stick out, GOING NICE is the way to go, b/c your car will stand out more.......thats my opinion...
i also love CUE2k1 car... that car is downright sick with that blue ocean colour paint... definately different but clean!

Rep Power: 0 i dont have any up to date pics, but i get complimented on my civic all the time. i think it is nice, some may think it is played out. i have a black ex, dc sports exhaust (quiet), aem sri, lowered 1 3/4", gunmetal velox vx-8 with silver lip (17s), black tint, altezza grill, oem spoiler/fogs, shaved emblems, just stuff to make it stand out but look clean.

what do I think of my car??.. well, it's a Civic with basic performance bolt ons and nothing drastic like turbo or engine swap. It's RICEY, but not RICE... Yes, there is a difference.
Rice to me is having performance mods that don't do much to improve the car's overall performance. Unless you drive an N/A car that don't really need any engine mods or turbo to make it fly(ie. Type S, Type R, GSR, etc... you get the point...)

So who are you to say that certain things look ugly? Personally I dont care what you think People Customize their cars to their taste not for someone else. I get compliments for my ride and I also get negative feedback but where are your pics at chigga?? Lets see them then you can talk.
