The manual will tell you how to reset it. It's quite simple but I forget how to do it. If it's still on then you have a problem then.

wonderz is on a distinguished road
ok, this is early in the morning and I am taking a break from cramping for my exam. and I don't wanna be one of the ppl that just say search and leave u hanging.
but next time u should really read that manual, it takes less than 5min.
reset the indicator as follows:
1. turn off the engine.
2. press and hold the select/reset button in the instrument panel, then turn the ignition switch ON(II)
3. hold the button until the indicator resets (approximately ten seconds)

side note: you don't have to start the engine, just turn to the II position. (you can see there are 0, I, II, II written around the "key hole" if you don't know what i am talking about). also wait until the indicator turn off to release the button, it will be the last thing that goes off. the select/reset button is that thing that sticks out of the gauage, and its the one on the right hand side.

EDIT: those instructions are for a USDM civic, just read your location and it said Germany. So not sure if it will work for UKDM
