so i got my springs and camber kit installed there over the weekend and i thought everything was cool. they offered to align my tires, but i passed knowing i was going to do it the following day. so anyway, im driving home and i stopped for gas along the way home. Getting out i noticed my back left wheel had REALLY bad negative camber. I didnt think much of it at the time, cuz i knew i was gonna get it aligned the following day. So i took it into Big-O tire by my house to get everything all fixed up, and im waiting in the lobby when the tech comes out and asks me to take a look at this.
Quick glance reveals that the back left camber kit is missing a bolt and is BARELY holding on. I damn near **** a brick when i saw it. At this point i was furious at Pann for such shitty work, but then the tech goes, "it gets worse." He goes over the the right rear, and starts unscrewing the bolts on the back right wheel with his FINGERS.... I was soooo pissed when I saw this blatent lack of effort on the installers part. They then proceeded to show me how all the other wheels were like that as well. The people at big-o said they were shocked that my wheels hadnt folded in on me while i was driving. They were really cool about it fixing everything up and repairing the shitty job pann did for their normal price rate.
So everything is fine now, and im debating what i should do about pann. is there any legal action i can take for such careless neglegence?

I don't think you can, unless it damaged your car or yourself. But now it's too late cuz last people to work on it now are Big-O. You should just have America's Tire Co take care of all your wheel and tire needs, lol. Inside joke to those who know. But yea, sorry dude, at least you're not hurt or your civic.

I cant believe u went to Pann. All i hear is bad things from that place. There is alot of better places just the only thing pann has alot of things in stock. Go to Group 5 maybe they can take more care of you for future parts.
I havent heard a lot of bad things about pann, i have heard a bunch about ARD though, The only bad experiance i had with pann was when my bf got his intake installed there they hadnt tighted everything down and after we left his car kept shutting off we took it back and they fixed it right away. I dont like to go there because when i go alone they never help me cuz im a girl it takes me forever to get help over there. Group 5 is cool ive been there like 2 times they were real cool i think they are off of Mirimar but here is their address & # 9210 Dowdy Drive 858-693-3278
If you can, and if they Big-O tires person is willing to back you up, and ESPECIALLY if you have documentation from Big-O, you could threaten to sue for (I think it's something like) gross negligence/incompetence in the workplace. Almost like malpractice. You could try to see what their response would be. Make sure you talk to the highest person in charge there when you get there. Otherwise, they'll just give you the run around.
As far as my experiences go, I never have any good or bad... Whenever I go there, they ignore me and don't respond to me when I'm standing at the displays. No love.
I don't know much about modding cars, and they don't seem like they want to help me. Their loss.
94civicsedan- does that mean you like them? Unless it's for one of those Calvin stickers...
