Damn I wish I had around 5k laying around. K20A's are soo sexy I would do the swap myself I saw on on ebay for 3800, the lowest I've seen was 2600 with shipping, I din't have any money at that time. I turn 18 on August 12 hopefully I can find a job by then. And sell some cars and get a loan, I swear I want one so badly. Sorry I had to vent. I am so pissed I didn't have the money on time the guy already sold the engine.

I have a lot of people who can help me with this project, I have friends that swap h22 in his crx in my automechanics class, hes a teachers aid and he races his crx he will help me for free! I just need around 5k to do the swap.

plus I think my mom will get mad if I get a loan from the bank lol, I'm not making payments for the car. My parents are lol. I'm tired of the stupid decision I made getting an auto, plus I want to go n/a and there are a lot of aftermarket support for the k20a either fully build with turbo I dunno.

I saw k20 go for 3,500(200 miles) last week and cheap shipping like less than 100 bucks!

I have the money it just doesnt look right I have around 7k its just my gf's money she will do anything for me man, I was doing tanny swap I know how to swap it myself and getting turbo... But my mom will be like wtf where did you get the money to get and rsx-s or r? I will be like I traded my engine for an rsx and my the dealer installed my engine and its under warantee and we all know thats a good lie to tell their momies check my ride in 17 how do you like it so far?

I think imma go for the b16b series engine much cheaper and its a B series engine but I dont know where to find mounts for them I dont care if its illegal or not.

You can't find mounts for them cause nobody makes mounts for our car except hasport for a k series swap. You would have to get a shop to custom make them for you to fit a b series. I personally don't understand why you would want to go with a b series. I know you said its cheaper but I just don't how it would be worth it. The k series is the new technology coming up and is what will end up being a better investment for you.

you dont need to have a manual if u have a turbo.

it might be better if ur not the best stick driver and u dont loose as much power with automatic then sticks

btw you dont have to let go of the clutch when shifting gears meaning keeping the psi up all the time and never releasing air from the pedal.
