ak can only hope to improve
Have the muffler shop melt the hangers.....so only your tip would drop. In other words your canister will be tilted...

And you might have to pull out your muffler a bit more. The fumes might be melting the bumper too...not 100% about that part though.

imo, you're going to need to go to a muffler shop and have them rework the portion of the exhaust that bends over your sway bar. as you said, just working on the hangars won't do the job. I doubt this service would cost very much. good luck.

Hrm . .which bumper and exhaust is that? Just curious . The info might stop this from happening to another member.

Oh. . and you're not running one of those kits that shoot flames out of the exhaust are you?

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
Have a muffler shop extend the piping a little and bend the hangers to lower the canister to allow the fumes to expel and cool. Its a universal muffler with custom piping im assuming.

Might melt the kit if you don't do anything with the exhaust first.

it WILL melt the kit, since it hangs a little lower it will do damage. Fix the muffler problem then get a kit

yea, that might work. also, i think body shops can install a piece of metal there so that it doesn't melt anything and since it's underneath...no one can really see anything. that's what i was gonna do but my exhaust doesn't touch my kit, so it's okay. that looks like the GReddy EVO if im not mistaken?
