sunshades anyone?

i justgot a magic shades sunshade which has a van gogh starry night design on it for like 10 bucks at walmart, haha. i was wondering who else uses one, cuz i got one cuz when i detach my headunit, theres a metal piece and all that and it gets the sun directly on itduring the day and i thought that wouldn't be good. anyone else use a sunshade for there front window? i thought that it would also be a good idea if we had a 7thgen shade.

thats all great, but the one i have like u can actually see through itwhen its on ur car and u can see out if ur sitting inside, but u cant see in, and it blocks all the uv rays and all that crap. i like how u can see out if ur inside the car and it closes into a circle i like how that one is like a curtain kinda, thats cool.

heres the site, i got the top magic shade type... but iwth a design tho.

I do. . . I don't have a picture of it though. I got mine from Wal-Mart too. It's the kind that sorta just 'pops' [or 'spring', if you will] open when you put it up, and you have to do this certain twist in order to put it back. I duno, I can't explain it.

EDIT: ^ There you go. Just like the link that black03rice posted, but I can't see thru it.

We use them a lot here in Dallas, too. The sun here will kill our interiors if we don't... I bought a WalMart sunshade, too, but mine's sort of a "padded-aluminum-foil-accordion" type.

I recall there are two sizes, "regular" and "jumbo" (I think). The regular one was too short, so I opted for the jumbo (which is a little big on the sides, so I just fold it over). Works great, and it's easier for me to use than the one Azure mentioned... I never could get the hang of it.
