One window is slower...
Thats the same thing that happend to me, and I thought it was my tints!. One of my windows was always a lot slower on going up and down compared to the others. I cant think of which window right now, cuz this happend about 6-8 months ago. Well, it was still on warranty, so I took it in, and it got fixed, works fine now
both my windows go up slow... the rear windows (sedan) are ok. i have tints, but so does my sister on her coupe but she has no problem. a trip back to honda a good idea to get it fixed?

My rear windows go up bullet speed.. they almost crack the frame of my door when they're going up that fast!
The driver side door is next in line for speed and the passanger window is the slowest. I told Honda when I brought it in for regular service.. and they lubed the passanger window... it went up so fast .. I wear to god.. I thought the window was gonna crack.... but now it's slowed back down again.. I dunno.. that window needs like constant lube or something!

It's a design flaw, Honda did not do a good enough job sealing the interior of the door and dust and dirt (road salt is the biggest violator in the rust belt states) gets caught up in the track causing this problem.
It happened both on my 01 and 02 civics, you will find the problem started sometime in the winter or after driving down a long dirt road...
Take it to the dealer, they are well accoustomed to this problem.

IMO, here's what i think it is:
If you figure the distance from your windows to those switches -- from those switches to the passenger side door, thats a great amount of distance right?? Well the distance from those switches to your drivers side is very short right?
Well due to the drivers side being so much shorter, more power flows through that wire faster than the passenger side wire..
think it could be that?

My passinger side window rolls up a lot slower... but that's cause I don't have power windows, and I have to reach over to roll it up....sorry, I just had to be a smartass
