Car starts but guages dont work!!!!!

Car starts but guages dont work!!!!!
I started my car this morning and found out none of the guages on my dash are working. (Speedometer, tach, oil, fuel,) It doesn't even show the mileage. What can I check to see if I can get it working again. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
