Got stomped by a Lotus Espirit V8 twin turbo
This happend a few weeks back....
I was cruising on the freeway, coming home from yourinmyw0rld's work, when i spot this sweet looking dark purple car. So i get up next to it, and they had their windows down. So i got on it and set my BOV off right next to their window. The guys in the car just kinds ignored me, so i did it 3 more times. That pissed them off, so they did the SAME THING TO ME! Then downshifted and left me. Before i could close my jaw, they were already out of sight.
I came up on them again when they were getting off the freeway at ave. S (14 fwy in palmdale). It took me about 10 miles to catch up with them. I see an emblem as i pass by, it said
"Esprit V8", and when they left me, i heard the BOV. So i can only assume that it was the limited edition V8 Twin Turbo.
That car was fast.

BTW Whats your car doing in the 1/4 or pullin on the dyno catalyst? everyone says your car is one of the fastest on here. I'm fixin up an '02 civic EX (my girls car) thinkin bout putting the turbo in but I wanted to get 411 from people who have it done first.

Rep Power: 313 i was running 14.5 @97.7 mph on 5 psi with the stock tires, and 150 lbs worth of speakers.
Now i am running 9 psi daily. my @$$ tells me i am running about .4-.5 sec faster with the added boost, and less weight.
Anyways, i am getting an engine from a guy doing an EX swap, and i already have Dave Hickman building it (when it gets here)
(FYI, if you dont know who Hickman is, go to www.dh-racing.com, he was the first 9 sec pro honda racer).
But he is building it to where i can run high 12's on pump gas.
If you dont believe me, just wait. I will have the dyno charts, and the 1/4 mile times to prove it.
Oh yea, if you go to the site listed above, look at his engines. That turbo B18 made over 670 whp on the dyno at SFpower's old shop.

Rep Power: 313 Dont know a price yet, but i am selling the turbo kit on my car b/c SFpower is gonna make another one for me. Anyone wanna buy it? I am selling it for $2,000, and it comes with everything, including the water injection module and a Stainless Steel downpipe.
