Why doesnt the dealership want to ......

How come the dealership (Norm Reeves) refuses to align my car because my car is lowered. I asked why and dude just said "We dont do lowered cars, sorry" What a *** ..... LOL. Man i need major alignment too, does anyone know why they dont want to align my wheels? Isnt it the same **** as if my car wasnt lowered? ....... Plus, can u guys help me out with a place that WILL align my wheels.

Pretty simple. If your car does not have camber kits, then it cannot be totally aligned to within OEM specs. Additionally if they work on a part of your car they have to warranty it.

Look at it this way, they don't want to be responsible for what someone else did. Besides, they are probably way too expensive. It would be a better idea to take it to a shop that knows all about lowered cars.

There's one in Downey.....

You take Firestone (West bound) and make a left on Paramount blvd. After the rail road tracks, it's on the left side corner. About 10 minutes from Norwalk.
