Okay, back in 2003 on holloween night i stole a skeleton and gor pulled over after some helecopters put the light on my car. The guy was sitting outside his house at 1am, and started to follow us, i lost him but eventually we were spotted. Atleast we got booz out of car.

Anyway i refused to take breathalizer, so i got the automatic 120 day suspension, on march 23rd of 2004 when i went to administrative court.

Now i got a pbj stet in criminal court, but i am unsure of my MVA driving record. I am curious because my friend got a DUI and it took awhile but his insurance finally found out and droppped, it took 13 months. He also got a pbj in criminal court, but he did submit to breathalizer.

I am wondering about my insurance because i have never been asked, knock on wood, about my suspension. So does anybody know if they will or what exactly they know about, cause when the time comes i would like to be prepared as to what to tell them and what not.

your insurance company i think can get a copy of your court case if needed, not sure but think so.

I was worried about my driving record though.
They really should not find out about my criminal trial cause of the stet PBJ.
