CARB Legal CA turbo?

Just wondering if there are any turbo kits out that are CARB legal in California. I just got a brand new 7th gen and have the cash to turbo it but it needs to be street legal. Also if there arent any available right now are there any that will be comming out within the next year?

I thought some people were passing inspection with turbos with a cat. You could also just open waste gate all the way, and not boost. As for sticker, you could probably just buy one and slap it on there, not really sure about cali, im in MD. there have to be ways around it.
