huh? counterfeit watch? So you told them it was a name brand watch and they gave you the money for it thinking it was some expensive watch and come to find out its a cheap *** watch? Tell her you had no idea and i'm sure nothing serious is going to happen. Tell them where you got it and see where it goes from there.
Counterfeit money is when someone makes the money on their own, so did someone make this watch or what?

I doubt that, they may just make you give back the money for the watch, or even could take you to prison, no i'm playing, they will prolly just question you and make you give back the money.

hahaha right now im more concern about the police investigatiaon if it was one of my friend that gave me the watch i dont want him to go to jail for it and crap so iono what to do
....tell them you bought from a pawn shop or a street vendor in a big city, ie new york; you didn't know it was fake, and you'll gladly pay her back. Let them know you honestly thought it was real and you weren't tryin to screw her over. if they have any decency at all, they'll be fine with it. Cops should have better **** to worry about.
edit: don't expect the watch back, either

if it were me i would not do anything, if she thought it was real and bought too bad. that is like selling a pawn shop fake oakley's, if neither of you thoought they were fake too bad it isn't illegal, a pawn shop should know if it was fake

actually im just kidding
haha...well im sure nothing will happen to u so just calm down cus ur not going to jail or prison. Just tell the truth

quick question, did you sign anything when she bought it from you?
Because unless you signed something like a contract theres nothing she can do. Shes probably just trying to scare you into refunding her money. Shes just pissed that she got owned by her own dumb self not examining the watch throughly before buying it.
I mean thats like saying if I bought a car used, and it turns out to be crap. That the person who sold it to me is responsible for refunding my money. That would hold up for a couple seconds in court. Because the judge would tell me I should have not been so hasty in my purchase and should have paid the extra $$$ to have the car inspected by a mechanic before buying.
BTW transactions like this are "Caveat Emptor" which means "Let the buyer beware" thus the buyer is responsible for doing his/her homework before buying the product.
Basically you can tell her "too bad, so sad" unless she got you to sign something.

IF you're going to go back there, at least make them prove to you that it's a fake. Take a magnifying glass and look at the second hand if it has one. If it's real, then the hand will sweep smoothly around the face. If it's a fake, it will click-click-click around the face like any regular quartz-crystal clock. Also, if you remove the back of the watch and look inside, if it's Swiss-made, it should say "Swiss" or "Switzerland" somewhere on the internals.
you get watch as gift, you dislike
you sell to shop and lady buys
lady is not satisifed with watch, so she claims to things that prob didnt even happen
you get spooked
lady is all game
you **** your pants, lady cant wait to get her refund knowing she got a fake watch when her dumbass self thought it was real in the first place
your best choice: give her money back, both go home happy. but you'd prob get owned cause she could maybe be fooling ya
