Speed contest ticket

Speed contest ticket
so i got a speed contest ticket... i raced a harley and well lets just say i had a car on him.
anyways, so the cop pulls me over around the corner and says... blah blah blah, so u like racing bikes, i was like no. he's like why did u do it, i was like uh i was just made he was saying stuff to me. so i was speeding...
so he writes up the ticket. and he's like heres ur stuff... have a nice night. im like ok... so i leave to the movies where i was going. then i forgot that he never gave me a ticket. so im like wtf.
the ticket he marked correctable(both boxes....lol), i qoute "22349 vc. I CBS viola street racing in bussiness district. Approx 80 mph 80/35 23109 vc"
2 weeks later i get the ticket in the mail with a notice saying he changed the ticket # from 22349 vc to 23109(a)
and he signed it..."i declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of california that the foregoing is true and correct"
so section # is 22349 vc is the speeding ticket. and 23109(a) is the street racing ticket.
as i stated above the correction notice changed the ticket to only 23109(a) which means there is no more speeding violation. so as i can maby fight the speed contest ticket by me saying i was just speeding. and not street racing.
because how would i be able to be infront of a bike when my car is a "automatic" and a bike is ovously a 13 second bike. my car runs 18's at the track... how would i be able to beat him, he was jsut behind me the whole time.

the only time i have heard of someone getting out of a ticket in ca was when the cops lost my boss while chasing him (he didnt know he was being chased) then found him at a stop light. he was charged with doing 130 in a 65 between tahoe and sac all down hill in a 92 accord. his deffense. my cars a piece of crap! so the pos argument may work.

Rep Power: 352 If I were you, I wouldnt bring up the automatic and all that kind of thing. Becuase if they do, they will want to check out the car and your car (as we all know) wont pass the test. Instead, just state that you were speeding, not paying attention to the bike next to you and thus were not part of a speed contest. That also depends on what you told the officer when he wrote you up.
HOWEVER, if you are feeling ballsy (and if he didnt give the guy on the bike a ticket), simply bring up the fact that since there was not another vehicle that was cited that night that it could not be a speed contest violation. Plus, via double jeopardy, they cannot try to "lower" the citation back to the 22349.
