yeah my friend was racing at 97 civic in a 45 zone, I guess you can say we won because we won the ticket, and this was in north san diego at 12:30 am, so we cut in a 711 parking lot and the cop busted us soon as we made the turn, I was in the back seat telling my friend that this guy in the vic was gaining on us, but for some reason I didnt see the cop following us without his headlights on, and yeah, the cop was about to tow my friends ride but didnt because they were both white. not that I'm racest, but yeah...

OUCH!!!! 37MPH over. I don't think you can get away with that. I would said get a lawyer and see what they can do.
