Easter Sunday 2003 got caught doing 33 over and 4 points, took it to crt, reduced to 15 over no points. I played the innocent "its my first ticket"r
Easter Sunday 2004 got caught doing 34 over and 4 points, taking it to crt on Thursday to see the prosecuter, since I already used my first ticket excuse, I need a new one..... anyone got any good ones?

Rep Power: 0 Well... seeing that the point system goes from 0 then 3 and my ticket was a 4 pointer. The prosecuter gave me "2 options" 1. to take it to trial or 2. to allow her to reduce it to 19 over, from 34 over and still lose 3 points. Take a wild guess which one I decided to do!!! My trial date is on the 20th of August (I plan on WINNING!!!!) I refuse to lose my points (atleast not without a fight!)

Rep Power: 0 I didn't say anything, the prosecuter already had my options ready and waiting. She said she only has so much of a "cushion" she can wrk with. (I think it was like her first or second day) cause someone kept on coming in to check on her.

well, i think u were trying to overtake a dump truck which had debris flying off it. So u had not choice but to accelaerate fast enough to overtake and get to a safe distance away from it.
Think thats wat i saw .... and the reason why u were doing 33 over.

Rep Power: 429 I dont see how passing a truck would make you go 33 mph over the speed limit. that doesnt make since. Thats saying if you were doing 50 mph, you speep up and did 83 to get passed it. I dont believe that for a sec.
