ok heres the wrath, there was this f-cking slow truck on a 2 lane road and i got a ticket for passing him. lol he was going 35 in a 60. i was like wtf???? and so i passed him NOT going over 60 and the cop comes from a corner after i passed the s.o.b., starts gaining on me and pulls me over. i told the cop, what did i do? he told me improper passing, not signalling and speeding. i was f0cking signalling and not even speeding. i checked my blinkers and the cop said i still wasnt signaling. i told him i heard the signal lamp but HE said he didnt see me signal. he writes me up for 2 tickets. improper lane change ($80) and speeding (he said he was pacing me going 66 but really i was right at 60. ($48)). i told him my speedo might be off and said to me, "bullshit" , i dont care you were speeding. then he looked me and said it might be your rims... i told him "I DONT EVEN HAVE RIMZ" he says, then well then..."YOU WERE SPEEDING" then, i was like "i'll see you in court" he tells me, i'll see you there too. lets see if i will win, cuz i know i am and i will. cops arent allowed to lie like this a$$hole.

dont get me wrong, i still like cops and everything they do to serve and protect the community, but this cop was just plain crooked and cocky and also a severe *** liar. since he was around my age (21), i bet he was a rookie trying to be all big and bad. what a d-ck!

You passed him on the right...you signaled...didnt speed...am I missing something?

Go fight it. If you remember everything that happened then you should be okay. Write it all down so you have a reference for court AND get the police report to see the officer;s side of the story.

yet another pig strikes! I have yet to meet a "nice, polite cop", or do those words even belong in the same sentence? Whether it be for directions, law questions, or random traffic stops, they are always fcukin rude and obnoxious. I know they help a lot, but damn, if your a a$$hole to other people, u shouldnt be a fcukin cop since its a social job! When he said it must be your "rims" even though you dont have any. That reminded me when a cop stopped me for no reason, and said my altezza's were the reason he stopped me . These cops just get dumber and dumber and more arrogant and ignorant every time I catch up with one. Sorry, just venting .

Hehe that reminds me of a cop that pulled me over for my 'blue turn signals'. I promptly showed him the 'super white' package and he goes those are illegal too (which they aren't). He then was like what's the tint on these windows??? I was like 20% and he did a test on them and in my city the limit is 35% but in the state it's 20%.. If he couldn't get me for the lights he had to get me for something :P.. Also he called 2 backup officers, thought that was kinda funny.

Yeah, fight those tickets. If he is a rookie, he may not even show up for the court date. Treat the judge with respect, explain your side of the story without getting all excited...you should do alright. Those are BS tickets, even if you were doing 66, you were accelerating to make a safe pass...and...uhm..."The truck had stuff blowing out of the back of it, dirt, small rocks, etc." and going below the posted speed limit. Judge will probably throw it out if you present yourself correctly and show the court respect.

I was pulled over last night and the cop told me it was for having to dirty of a license plate and he couldn't read my plate number..........I was coming out of a Turtle Wax car wash center when he pulled me over, the car had just been washed. Dirty license plate my a$$. Cops are just ****s. It is all that power that they think they have going to their head.
